This week Parker has been working on installing the crown moulding and filling holes and sanding (never ending job). Here are a few pictures of the crown. We chose to go with Metrie’s True Craft Scene I crown even though our baseboard is in Metrie’s Very Square collection. We chose this crown because we think it will go better with the modern farmhouse moulding we plan to add. We also added our own flair to the crown. I think it will look great! Here are some pics:

I’m so excited about the way it is all turning out, which is good because this is taking forever 🙂 We agreed last night that this room needs to be done/functional by the time school starts. Honestly, that’s probably about the timeline needed. So, we are looking at a beginning of August completion. There are just so many details! I’ll give you another update next week.
